Do you think there is a current trend to choose natural

“People are becoming more and more conscious
of what they are actually putting on and into their body. This trend is a very
natural progression from healthy eating and part of an overall healthy
lifestyle choice. Once anyone swaps from a chemical based product to a natural
alternative and they see the results in how they look and feel, there is just
no going back!”
What is your number one tip for busy people wanting to
start a nourished life and change to natural and organic products?
“My best tip is to simply replace
each item as you need it. For example, once your old mascara runs out, simply
replace it with an organic one and before you know it, your entire home will be
transformed!”
What is your philosophy on good skin care?
“This doesn’t need to be over
complicated. So many ingredients in mainstream skin care offer no skin benefits
at all, such as chemical preservatives, artificial colours and fragrances. Some
of the most basic and affordable organic skin care products provide the best
results. It’s important is that you find products suited to your skin type and
add a good quality serum to target additional needs, such as anti-aging or acne.”
